American Transportation/Fleet Safety Monitoring Program

American Transportation Association has partnered with the premier fleet safety monitoring program in the nation, Safety Alert Network. Safety Alert began its operations 17 years ago and since that time has worked tirelessly to increase the safety awareness of their customer fleets. Baron Davis, the owner president of Safety Alert says "Safety Alert Network enrolled our first client in 1992. Since then we have been credited with preventing thousands of accidents, saving companies millions of dollars in losses and saving countless lives". Safety Alert's simple program has a proven track record of accident reduction and acts as a positive management tool for the fleet owner. 24/7 handling of all incoming and outgoing phone calls by trained, LIVE safety monitoring operators who communicate all incident reports to owners and managers of our members.

The ATA member and fleet owner will have the following service provided;

Fleet Data Entry:Safety Alert Network will enter all client vehicle data into its database as requested.

Custom Reports:Customized management reports will be provided as per client's specifications. (e.g., Corporate roll-up, divisional roll-up, and individual incident reports to domiciled location of vehicle).

Administrative Support:The client will have complete administrative support of the safety monitoring and reporting program throughout the entire contract term.

Internet Support:The client will have 24-hour on-line Internet access to its database. Authorized client representatives will be able to respond to incident reports, run queries and design custom reports for local downloads.

American Transportation Association is pleased to offer this service as a benefit to its members and wishes all of its members to sign up for this service as quickly as possible to reduce losses which will reduce costs from down time, employee turnover and insurance premium.

Online Defensive Driver Training

American Transportation Association has partnered with Target Safety through its relationship with Safety Alert to bring association members an effective online defensive driving course for its members. The first 2 courses are offered free of charge. If you decide to continue, then it is only $15.00 per driver per year for all the courses for the year. The program breaks up the courses so that every driver takes 2 courses per quarter so the information stays fresh in the driver's mind. Online programs are simple, easy to administer and have a proven track record of results.
The association wishes all of its members to take advantage of this great benefit to improve the knowledge and safety of our members.

Accidental Death And Dismemberment Policy Included in membership!

American Transportation is pleased to include accidental death and dismemberment benefit to the members of the association. The coverage is offered through Capital Republic and includes
•$10,000 AD&D benefit to drivers on insured schedule at inception of primary Auto liability policy*.
•$1,000 accident Medical expense benefit with $0 deductible
•$100 per day in-hospital indemnity benefit for maximum of 90 days
•$1,000 air bag benefit, $500 seat belt benefit

*driver must be on driver schedule at inception of auto liability policy offered through Trinity Underwriting Managers, Inc. The renewal of auto liability policy is considered the enrollment period for this AD&D product.
